Jessa Dieter
Co-Founder & Stateside Admin.
The ministry opportunity first made a big impression on Jessa when she visited a church in Santa Cruz while working at an orphanage in La Paz. She was able to meet the youth who were living on the streets. God spoke clearly to her at that time and revealed to her how much these kids needed hope. She felt God calling her to help start a ministry for these kids to love them, walk alongside them, and share with them the ultimate hope of the Gospel. A few months later, she and the team went on Google and searched “how to start a non-profit,” and that is how Anchor of Hope was born. Jessa has an educational background in biblical counseling and over five years of experience in administrative and educational work with elementary school children. Her experience includes serving in Bolivia with Casa de Esperanza and working as a teacher’s assistant for a charter school in Minnesota. Jessa currently resides in Minnesota and serves as the Stateside Administrator for Anchor of Hope.
